I left the title a little vague as I'm sure there will be others with dining questions regarding the new T4 at JFK.

I'll be landing in the new T4 around 5:45am this week and have about an hour to kill before I'll need to meet customers. Planning on hitting the SkyClub for a shower and then would like to have a decent breakfast. Anyone been around there that early and have a recommendation for a sit down breakfast? Gate location would be helpful too. Though I do have extra time after landing, I'd like to make things as quick/efficient as possible and head straight for a place rather than search around.

Are there any updated terminal maps with restaurant/shopping directories listed online?
