I don't think it's quite what people mean when they say that the people at Customs and Border Protection should be "more diplomatic"
Given that the CBP don't pop along (more like walk with a purpose) any where it was a ludicrous suggestion!
Apparently it would only take 2 hours out of their day - 40 mins there, 40 mins back and a mere 30 mins to process the pax !
