Another thing - isn't the genesis of this route down to some firms in Canary Wharf who pushed hard (and probably with some guaranteed volumes or income) for this route - the "underwritten" term was used earlier. If such promised income or volumes are no longer here then they should reduce it down to a level that works and be open about it.
