Thank you Nicci for the feedback. I don't agree with the decision to remove a continuous buffet but accept that I am a sample size of 1 and 100% disagreement in a sample size of 1 is not statistically significant.

I look forward to the improvements in the F lounge and hope that this restores the level and quality of service to the previous level.
