Try contact HorizonFlightCenter dot com - they offer basic Cesna 172 training including FS, it's serious and I don't see anything close to what you are looking for - they are based at the Chesapeake Regional Airport (KCPK) down in VA.

Call or email them and ask for suggestions - perhaps they can refer you to another facility that offers it. Post 9/11 and with all that homeland security & background checks and clearences, not so simple even for a simulator ride with a certificate ... Good luck.
