Similar question: booked LX ZRH-ORD-VIE-ZRH through orbitz.com -
is it still possible afterwards to request by phone from LX to add "Flugzug" (airport train ride Zurich airport SBB to Basel SBB) ?

Or is the included "LX-Flugzug" really only possible booked exclusively through swiss homepage and/or in advance?
