I stay at the LV Westin 5-6 times a year and have never had a problem or any complaints. This is my go-to place if I'm not able to get a comp'd room at one of the casinos. I can't think of one complaint in my 4-5 years of going there.

I will admit I truly hate their "casino" and wish they would just pack that up and do something worthwhile with the space, but I guess the 3-4 guests that gamble there every day is incentive enough.
