The idea being would be to say to her that we are going somewhere for a few days and the rest a complete surprise. She wouldn't know we were even going abroad, and wouldn't know the final destination until we got to the gate.
Well one more reason why LCY might be a bigger surprise. You don't generally think "I'm going to NY" when you think of LCY
