Because they are always delayed all the time. Due to the slots restrictions by FAA. I think some flights will relocated to TTN instead. They cannot handle in EWR anymore. I think they will shifted all flights out of EWR. TTN is closed. Due to the construction. They will reopened again sometime in mid-September.
