Does Priceline Express Deals give you visibility to the specific resort fee that will be charged as Hotwire does?

To me, this particular point is the main reason why I would ever choose to use Hotwire for a hotel booking rather than Priceline's NYOP bidding option - when going to a destination where resort fees are typical.
