So I just checked my account online and Delta put a $50 voucher in there (that expires one year from today), but I did not receive an email or any other notification about the $50.
Seeing as how that is below the $75 the phone agent offered me 1 hour into the delay, should I wait and see if they send an email apologizing for the delay, or go ahead and submit my complaint?
