DL 2334 LAX-ATL 4.5 hour delay, IFE died midflight - compensation?

Flying home from KOA with a stop in LAX today, June 2. Flight 2334 ended up being delayed for 4.5 hours due to a mechanical issue. They tried to fix the plane but could not, and from what I understand, ended up bringing in another 767 from ATL to replace it.

The gate agents (except for the redcoat, who was actually the most useless of the bunch) did a good job keeping people calm and rebooking as fast as they could. They also put out drinks, snacks, and fresh popcorn!

Anyway, when I called in to check on rebooking options 1 hour into the delay, the phone agent said that the comp was $75 at that point, but that I should not lock that in, in case the delay went longer (which it clearly did).

Also, 1 hour into the flight, the IFE system died and could not be fixed.

In my complaint email to DL, what $ amount should I ask for the MX delay, and how many Pesos for the IFE failure? If 1 hour was worth $75, I think 4 hours should be worth $300. And 5000 pesos for the lack of IFE seems typical from what I've read in other posts.

Thanks in advance for helpful comments and the inevitable "this is a dumb post" flame(s).
