Diaper rash issues with disposable diapers may diminish in frequency with washing the diapered area with water (and soap when easily possible) for every diaper change and then drying with a cloth towel for all those diaper changes. Using wet wipes instead of flowing water is often an invitation to more diaper rashes, whether or not using cloth or non-cloth diapers.
