I use a zip-top bag with a clip-on strap which came with a piece of Delsey luggage I once bought in the US. It actually states 'TSA-compliant' on it, so maybe the European versions have something that leans towards this continent. Never had a problem anywhere, except at LHR T3 where MrsNWIFlyer and I had put two lots of suntan lotion inside the bag and we were given a second bag to transfer the duplicate item into so it could be re-screened!
