I too just encountered, I believe, the same issue. I tried loaded my BB account with my 2 $500 VRs. The first one loaded fine but got one of those error messages when I tried the second VR. At first, I thought I entered one of the numbers (BB or VR) incorrectly, so I tried again. No luck.

I then logged into my BB account and was surprised to see that there were 2 $500 InComm deposits. I switch back to the VanillaReload window and tried the second VR again, just for the heck of it. I did not get the usual error when trying to load a used VR, but did get an error message, presumably because I used up my daily $1000 quota.

So a strange situation indeed. I will try the same 'unsed' VR again tomorrow, but I suspect I'll get the 'Used Card' error message, although I won't complain if I get another $500 loaded for free!
