IMO the most important aspect of what's been happening is the replacement of 'Old Pinnacle' management with 'Old Mesaba' management. The name change is a key step in shedding the old Pinnacle policies and methodologies and implementing industry and regulatory compliance standards that were sorely neglected in the Old Pinnacle.
