Just returned from SIN where I've been for the first time. I was very surprised to find absolutely no self check-in kiosks in the Terminal 2, don't know if there are any in other terminals. Had to queue up for half an hour to check-in and get my boarding pass although I was travelling only with hand luggage. Of course I could have used the online check-in of the airline but I had no printer to print the boarding passes over there.

Is it common in Asia to have no self check-in kiosks at the airport or is it only special to SIN? I really wonder why they don't have any...
