If you're talking about high end sushi in Japan (as opposed to this particular restaurant) - my attitude is you have to try it at least once (unless you don't like sushi or have dietary issues with it). I think most people will like it - even if they can't say that it's worth the extra cost to them. What reservations do you have about trying it? Robyn
Thanks for that. I have never eaten really high end sushi because I didn't (still don't) know if I could discern a taste difference and didn't want to be disappointed. Its less about the money but more of managing expectations.
Half jokingly, I have built this mental image of some mercurial sushi chef who chastises me for my terrible Japanese.
