Seeking advice from fellow flyertalkers...I have to rent from National using my corporte contract id, which makes me ineligible for any promotions (bonus miles).

Most of my rentals are 4-day, typically Mon-Thu.

While I've been getting rental credits from National so far, I've found I get a measly 1 free day after 7 rentals as a regular Emerald club member. And after a few months when I get bumped to a higher tier, it'll be 1 free rental day after 6 rentals. To me seems low.

Should I rather opt for miles (United/American - 200 per rental with my pattern), or possibly SW RR 2.0 points (600 per rental)? Any comparison of the miles vs. free day?

Any way to work around the issue of not being eligible for promotions due to the contract id being for my corporate. I believe maority of the folks herewould be renting for business in which case they too would have a corporate contract id, making them ineligible for bonus airline promotions.
