From memory it IS a Raphaels Bank operated machine (in travelex or amex exterior branding) But my very strong memory is that it does NOT charge for use itself.

If however dayone is looking for a Barclays (etc) machine becasue they are looking to avoid foreign usage fees which their own bank may charge, then sorry but it is not.

Is there a specific machine you are looking for?
