Someone please tell me exactly what RM has done that makes him an "operational wizard"??? Give me say, 10 solid examples of initiatives that show him to be a "wizard"?

So toast the board and let RM pick his own board? That would put some real "checks" in the system wouldn't it. Enron style checks for sure. A new board is a given, they have had their chance and we all can see the results. RM has to go plain and simple. These were they people that have overseen the demise of our once proud airline. It is someone's fault and that's why he get's the big bucks!
