The name of the company who runs it is Bosphorus boats, and they go from Ortakoy to Eminomu only in the morning around 8 am.
From Eminomu to Ortakoy, they have a few departures around 6 pm.
The fare is only 3 Turkish liras.
The ground metro from Kabatas to Sultanahmet is fast and convenient, but the traffic between Ortakoy and Kabatas is a nightmare.
