well exac you may think that RM is best man for the job but my question is this. Why isn't he cutting any of the layers on layers of managers that AC has? He keeps comparing AC to Westjet saying we need a cost structure like them. Well Westjet does not have 23 vp like AC and the CEO isn't paid even close to what he is. So he has to either make up his mind or start cleaning house. Also what you don't see is the new layer of managers they are creating jobs for over at Zip. There is no need for more managers at Zip but somehow they seem to be creating positions and having to answer to noone.
