I've been in F many times when they do it, and I'm not a big fan. It doesn't speed up the deplaning of F that much, maybe you get off 30 seconds or a minute earlier, and it slows down the deplaning of the rest of the plane by a minute or two. Also I feel like an a-hole as I walk out while the rest of the plane is being held back.
