Honestly, I don't remember but I will check if I kept the welcome letter anywhere. You can just email/call them directly and I'm sure they will reply. I wasn't there at the crack of dawn not did I go back to the hotel until VERY late, past most EL closing hours so I didn't bother to check. They do have afternoon tea which leads on iirc into happy hour but don't expect too much during happy hour canape/food-wise. 3 red/white wines on offer though, which was very nice.
Well, I emailed the hotel, and here's the reply:
The hotel’s Executive Lounge opening time is from 06:30 to 23:00.
Breakfast opening time: 06:30 – 11:30,
Afternoon tea opening tea time: 15:00 - 17:00,
Evening Cocktails opening time: 17:00 – 19:00.
