90 min should be fine. There is no priority line for security / immigration but the lines arent long and move quickly.
I have been to EZE many times and have seen verrrrry long lines at security and passport control some times (I have seen up to 1 hour waits). Other times (like 10 days ago), I breezed through. For me the main issues to consider that can cause problems in making your flight are traffic from the city to the airport and long lines at security/passport control. Check-in goes reasonably fast at AA in EZE. I recommend leaving the city 4 hours in advance of flight time.
