True.... but I'm not sure that changing flying patterns, at this stage, is a good idea. Given that there is a possibility that there will be changes to AAdvantage which in turn will impact the LT benefits (introduction of a tier at 75k?) I'd be cautious of going out of my way to hit a LT milestone - I'd say that a wait and see approach is a better idea. (of course if you're going to hit a LT milestone in the normal course of things anyway then this is all mute).
