Fascinating. Ever since I've become 1K, I've always been at or near the top of the list when not upgraded. Can't imagine any flight i've been on then would have 20+ GS. But perhaps I missed the super-elite heavy routes..
There aren't as many in EWR, CLE or GUM.

SFO, IAD, ORD and LAX, certainly.
