Thanks everyone, this is all good news. I had the idea that traveling on Christmas Day would be a nightmare, but it looks like it will make a lot of sense.

@Gamecock, I'll alert my son so he can wave to you as your planes pass in the night. I'm also curious if traveling US->Asia would be any different on Christmas Day.
