Thanks Nick. I think this is more of a Hyatt issue rather than hotels.com. I have stayed at this particular property and now I think that most likely someone at Hyatt linked my GP info to this res. My concerns are:

>If hotels.com provided my GP info, why do you let them provide this if there is no authentication and validation that it is correct?
>If a Hyatt person linked my GP info to the res based on name, are there safety precautions to validate that it is correct?

At a minimum, this was a big inconvenience for me to have to follow up on and ensure that this reservation is not mine, not linked to me, and now to have to follow up on why and check cc activity.

I would appreciate a direct follow up from someone at Hyatt.
