I suspect that departure and the flight itself will be fine, the a/c uncrowded, etc.

But upon arrival.....

Expect that the "La Migra" and customs personnel will feel that they have drawn the short straw, and may not be warm and smiling. Transportation of all sorts will be IROPS, although my recent encounters with taxi drivers suggest that Christmas may not be a holiday which most will be observing. Don't plan on open restaurants outside the airport (and minimal staffing inside the terminals). Hotels will be as we used to say in the Navy, "at minimal condition or readiness". Even room service may be off the mark.
