So, I hope somebody can help me out on this. I recently moved and now I tried updating my Current Address in my Global Entry profile, using the GOES-Website.

However, I have found no way to actually do it.

Under Update Documents, I can only change Passport and Permanent Resident Card.
Under Update Mail-To Address, I can only change my mailing address.
Change Profile does not offer anything for updating an address either.

In the Program Membership section, neither Manage Membership nor the "Trusted Traveler Program" Link provide an option to update/change anything.

So I did gather all the paperwork, took a trip out to the Enrollment Center at IAD and approached an Officer there. He told me to do it online - enter an end date and add a new residence and send me on my way.

What did I miss?

I also reached out online to CBP, but have not heard back from them since. I also haven't heard back from them on my issues with the Permanent Resident Card continuously not read by the "new" style kiosks, but I guess that's a different topic.

I am at a loss of what to try next. Is there a number to call?
