I did not get three beeps and thus was directed to the regular security line. I showed him my BP that said TSA PRECHECK but that didn't help. :-)
I've not been able to find an app for my phone that works to read my BPs.
If your BP does have the logo but your barcode does not have the "3," then yours may be the first confirmed case of that happening on FlyerTalk.

Qrafter is iPhone. A free app that works for mobile boarding passes on Android is
NeoReader, and for paper boarding passes, try either
Manatee or
Aztec (all free).
Lots more information in the very comprehensive wikipost in the
UA PreCheck thread.

You want to read the raw text of the barcode using one of the apps above. I'm not sure where specifically the "0" or the "3" in the barcode is for DL, but for UA, it looks something like this (example taken from the UA wiki linked previously):
LAST/FIRSTMR XXXXXXX DENMCIUA XXXX 000XXXFXXXX 15C>3180 MXXXXBUA 12345678901234 53 UA UA MP# *XXX 09 UAG
If you see a 3 in the position before "UA UA", then you will receive Pre-Check access. If there is a 0 in the spot, you will not receive Pre-Check access.
e.g. ...5
3 UA UA = Pre-Check
e.g. ...2
0 UA UA = No Pre-Check
