I happened to notice a comment on a blog suggesting that a reader had received 3 points per dollar on AP, and the blogger quietly noted he had seen the same. Last statement, my wife's PRG earned 30XX points on 1000 AP spending and XX other spending. YMMV, but definitely not impossible.
