The card, ironically costing almost nothing, is the most significant, and memorable gift that I have ever received from any property, ever.
For every thread that I read and think, "I'm never staying at that hotel...," there seems to be an equal and opposite one.
I know what's going to be on the list next time I am in Thailand.
