1) SFO which means a UA CRJ to SFO (boo) and a slightly longer flight to HKG. SFO is nice to transfer in.
2) NRT which means a direct flight to Asia on AC metal (10 hrs) and then a mildly annoying connect in NRT to HKG.
3)LAX which means a longer initial flight, AC metal down to LAX and then a longer UA flight to HKG, plus the gong-show that is LAX.
4) YVR which means AC metal to YVR and then the HD beast.
Don't forget that SQ also flies SFO-HKG.
