From PHL, you really only have to choose between LH Business and US Envoy. LH flies the 340-300 on that route, which does not have F.
In that case, fly US Envoy as long as it's an A330. I recommend PHL-MUC for the slightly longer time to sleep, and shorter domestic connection to PRG.
US' redemption levels for Envoy are fine when you can find 'low' availability. You probably are seeing the 'middle' or 'high', which as you state are too much. You also might consider checking flights from EWR on UA and LH. UA has lie-flat seats in their J cabin, and of course there are LH flights with an F cabin on the EWR-MUC/FRA routes.
