Mine was a random little restaurant in Helsinki that was open only for lunch - they had a buffet with typical Finnish "home cooking" dishes, plus a small daily menu of cooked-to-order dishes. The lunch buffet was fine, but the reason I miss it was the fish dishes that appeared on the menu a couple of times per week. Just whatever fish was available at the market that day, pan-fried and served with a nice sauce and some veggies and potatoes. Since the place was next door to our offices at the time, I ate there almost every day. And the chef quickly learned that I would always order the fish, so when I walked in he would say "I know you're having the fish, I saved a portion for you!".
However, he was running the place almost by himself in addition to doing catering gigs on the weekends, so when he was offered a position at another restaurant, he took the job and some lady with no kitchen experience whatsoever took over the place. She sucked at running a restaurant, and it didn't take long until she went out of business.
