This is too bad! The 737s are the most uncomfortable plane in the fleet with a park bench feeling. It is too bad PMCO is in charge as they are making United more customer unfreindly with each decision that make this airline like CO. Hopefully the new 737 will employ PMUA crews as they are much more customer friendly to help offset the retirement of 757s for more uncomfortable 737s.
