Isn't the extra luggage and check-in only for EBS when flying SK (not all *S)? I believe this applies to security lane priority also (only for EBG), whereas priority boarding (where available) is for any *G.

For United, Premier Access is in fact a published benefit for all *S, not only MP.

I don't think you get anything other than the *A published benefits when flying SK as a non-EB *S.
