With 90% of their flights on Konnect are they legit full-service still? Worse they keep switching individual flights to from full service to Konnect and back! In some cases i see 1 segment operating as full service (with 3 digit code) and return is Konnect. In other cases, the flight is full service on some days and Konnect on others. Dont understand the big deal with this since aircraft is the same 737-800 with deactivated IFE and fares are same as well! And if you are flying to/from BLR/HYD/GAU - you should certainly avoid 9W like the plague - some of the most clueless nincompoops at these stations on the ground.
