I second you on pappadeaux's. I ate at the one at hou last month, very good food and a civilized restaurant experience for an airport. As for the uc, if the one in iah is like the one at sfo, what a dump. I can't believe people would pay real money to use it. Constant flight announcements, worn furniture, and nothing to speak of in the food dept.
