It appears that the page to claim for previously flown miles has changed; now the additional requirement for ticket number which I do not believe was in place until very recently.

"1.For your retro claim request with any Star Alliance flight, it is Mandatory to fill in the Ticket Number field."

Has anyone else noticed this and had issues? For example, the help reads:

"The e-ticket number is a 13-digit code which starts from 390 and appears on the “E-Tickets” field of the booking confirmation email..."

My non Aegean flights don't appear to have a number starting with 390? So I am having trouble claiming for them...
