Just used United Club at IAH Terminal E. It's actually one of the best UCs out there (the best I have used so far is ORD Concourse C where they give you a full amenity kit for the shower).

Before visiting the lounge, please try to check-in early or have long connection time here as you must visit one of the best seafood restaurants out there - Pappadeaux on the upper level of Terminal E.

My only compliant about UC, ironically, isn't about food selection, but uncontrolled/noisy crowd (kids and even adults). I understand some lounges abroad can kick you out for such bevavior.
