I just took a around-the-world business trip on United, business class all the way. Costs about $12,000. The problem is the receipt United gave me is missing about $1,000 in taxes and fees, so I can't get reimbursed for them. The receipt shows, in round numbers, Airfare $11,000.00. US Tax, $34.00 Total cost, $12,000. As you can see, $11,000 + $34 is not $12,000. So I called United. They can read to me the other taxes and fees but they can't give me a receipt that shows them. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you have a solution?
