each branch is different then each other. I have been treated like king/crap in both hertz and enterprise before. I also have an enterprise branch that always have the newest/lowest mileage/best equipped car in the area compare to all other company.

I personally do not think enterprise / national reward is anywhere near hertz... but if you are not crazy about having the lowest mileage and fun cars(reward) then by all means go for the $$.
