I would have it something like:
  1. Enter lot and drive to returns aisle
  2. Wait for lot employee to inspect car for damage, cigarette smoke, and confirm ending mileage and fuel level
  3. Obtain confirmation of charges and printout of receipt
  4. Leave keys in vehicle
  5. Depart facility
