Yep, I can confirm this, just used it about two hours ago. Registration by mobile phone is still required and old codes still work. However, you'll need to watch a short video ad when connecting.

You can distinguish between the standard (one hour) access and the LX lounge access by looking at the login page. If it's LX branded, you'll get 24hrs, otherwise you'll be stuck with one hour per device.
