If I were you, I would take the name of the persons who treated you like that and write a review at one of those travel websites... And contact CC as well. That is outrageous enough for a common customers, for someone that must have their status and frequent business recognized, absolutely not acceptable.

If you don't get any compensation for the humiliation, at least they will think twice before abusing the next one.
