Well this may change

Amex HK Cent annual fee is increasing from 19.8K --> 38.8K w.e.f. 1 Aug 13 http://www.hongkongcard.com/forum/fo...p?id=10527&p=1

Although not stated for now, maybe they'll throw in free DM to all the surviving 38.8K Cents?
